Just a quick post to say that my nephew, Mason Reed Sarchet, has just arrived as of 10:10 this morning. Always exciting as we didn’t know if he would be a boy or girl and they kept the name a secret!!! Noah is quite excited to be a big brother!
He definitely resembles Noah and is just as precious as can be. Of course, I couldn’t come see him without my camera in tow so here are a few pics to tide you over until his newborn session…..
She’s growing up fast and with that comes all that cuteness, chattering, questions, and attitude that a 4 year old can bring. Kylee’s adorable little voice is enough to make anybody smile and I always have a good time taking pictures of her. We had to take a small break to find the perfect sized flower for her which she wanted to incorporate into her pictures. She’s already got a mind of her own, love it!

I have to admit that I do get a little nervous when I’m around big groups of people and it was a little intimidating when I opened the door to that conference room and had all 27 people turn and look at me. But this fun family was very welcoming and lots of fun. You can definitely see the ornery side of this family in a few of the shots I posted.

I thought I commented on this post…. This is is my favorite newborn session of yours. So many wonderfully special captures and gorgeous use of light. Your use of light and shadows is beautiful my friend!!
I ordered my 2nd canvas from one of these images for my wall, taken before Cody’s eye was removed. Can you guess which one is the new 16×20 canvas on my wall? All I need is one more to complete the 3 piece layout I have set up for the living room. I’m already trying to get the creative juices flowing on another idea with the dogs. All I need is some free time, Cody’s eye to finish healing, yummy light, 2 cooperative dogs and an available husband. So maybe in the next year or so….it’s been a busy summer to say the least!!
This summer has just flown by, can’t believe it’s already mid-August. It makes me kinda depressed thinking that dull and dreary weather will be on its way in just a few more months. Sigh…I’m sooo not ready.
