Audrey Litfin Photography bio picture

Thanks for visiting!!!

I should've always known that natural light photography was going to be my true passion....but I didn't put 2 and 2 together until about 5 years ago.  I remember being in elementary school and staring out the panel of windows running across my 4th grade classroom thinking about how different the light was on an overcast day.  I remember how I was always obsessed with being outside, even if it just meant to absorb the sunshine.  I was always drawn to natural light, feeling a little depressed during the dark winter months when it was too cold to go outside.  And now that I'm all grown, I still oooh and aaaah over a great sunset.  I still love to stare at my husband's amazing eyes when the light hits perfectly.  I still get this emotional tingle in my heart when the light is just right and I feel at total peace.

For me, photography is not just about a picture.  It is about inspiration, beauty and pure emotion.  I want clients to feel that same tug at their heartstrings when they view their own images, that is what I strive for.  Because that feeling It is one of the best feelings ever!!

Calen & Drew… | Northern Colorado Photographer

The last time that I saw Calen, he was one of the shyest kiddos I’d ever met.  Imagine my surprise when Mr. Chatty McChatterson walked in the door!!!  Oh, we had such a good time and what a great big brother to adorable Drew.  It doesn’t always work well trying to get siblings in one...

Raleigh…

made me melt!  She was super easy to photograph, my smoothest newborn session to date!  And while we were at work, big sis was happy to watch Finding Nemo upstairs with dad so all was peaceful.   I loved that mom brought along some of her own things, I love variety!!  TFL! Audrey

Maddux…

So tiny but not so tired!  He definitely made mom and dad work hard before he finally gave in and fell asleep for a few shots!  It’s rough when some stranger keeps moving you around every time you finally get comfortable!!  I can relate, I hate being woken up too. I hope that everyone had a...

Worn out…

I think that by the end of this session, we were all worn out, me included.  But the great news is that also includes sweet little Aubriana who put up quite the fight for the first few hours.  I’m sure she was probably just not all that happy about the long drive and traffic to...
