Audrey Litfin Photography bio picture

Thanks for visiting!!!

I should've always known that natural light photography was going to be my true passion....but I didn't put 2 and 2 together until about 5 years ago.  I remember being in elementary school and staring out the panel of windows running across my 4th grade classroom thinking about how different the light was on an overcast day.  I remember how I was always obsessed with being outside, even if it just meant to absorb the sunshine.  I was always drawn to natural light, feeling a little depressed during the dark winter months when it was too cold to go outside.  And now that I'm all grown, I still oooh and aaaah over a great sunset.  I still love to stare at my husband's amazing eyes when the light hits perfectly.  I still get this emotional tingle in my heart when the light is just right and I feel at total peace.

For me, photography is not just about a picture.  It is about inspiration, beauty and pure emotion.  I want clients to feel that same tug at their heartstrings when they view their own images, that is what I strive for.  Because that feeling It is one of the best feelings ever!!

xoxo,

Taylor | Northern Colorado Senior Photographer

It’s hard to believe that Taylor can be a senior already!!  It doesn’t seem all that long ago that I met her mom.  She was just a youngster back then!  Just another reminder that I am rapidly approaching 30! And here she is, all grown up and absolutely beautiful!!  Thanks for stopping in, Audrey

Kylee turns 4 | Northern Colorado Child Photographer

She’s growing up fast and with that comes all that cuteness, chattering, questions, and attitude that a 4 year old can bring.  Kylee’s adorable little voice is enough to make anybody smile and I always have a good time taking pictures of her.  We had to take a small break to find the perfect sized...

Pummers | Northern Colorado Photographer

I have to admit that I do get a little nervous when I’m around big groups of people and it was a little intimidating when I opened the door to that conference room and had all 27 people turn and look at me.  But this fun family was very welcoming and lots of fun.  You...

Playtime… | Northern Colorado Dog Photographer

I ordered my 2nd canvas from one of these images for my wall, taken before Cody’s eye was removed.  Can you guess which one is the new 16×20 canvas on my wall?  All I need is one more to complete the 3 piece layout I have set up for the living room.  I’m already trying to...

It is ridiculous how fast time goes and how quickly children change.  Seems like just a month ago, I was taking RyAnn’s newborn pictures!  Now here she is walking and chasing dogs and FULL of personality!  This session went much better than her last one where I think Perk and I were both exhausted from trying...

Nicole | Northern Colorado Senior Photographer

We started out on their farm for this senior session.  The breeze wasn’t much but of course it was blowing in the wrong direction for her hair.  That’s how it always seems to work.   But it didn’t take long for the wind to slow down and we managed to finish up the rest of...

Calen & Drew… | Northern Colorado Photographer

The last time that I saw Calen, he was one of the shyest kiddos I’d ever met.  Imagine my surprise when Mr. Chatty McChatterson walked in the door!!!  Oh, we had such a good time and what a great big brother to adorable Drew.  It doesn’t always work well trying to get siblings in one...
